Fats are so important for diets. For examlple Omega3. Diet and omega3 related for healty for example, if one person is diabetic. He or she might live some complications. These are cardiovascular, blood pressure, circulatory disorders, such as foot ulcers. Omega 3 helps to improve in health.

Diet and metabolism are so important subjects. Because if our metabolizma is slow we can not give enough fats. And our health deteriorates. If we want to speed up metabolism, we should eat frequent meals. And our metabolism will work very frequent because of that we will spent a lot of energy. That spent provide that fats will be burn much more.

Athkin's Diet, Montignac diet, workinggirl Diet. These diet methods are results of extensive research. However every people can not use these general diet methods. Because Every people have different metabolism.

Finally, diet is a eating habits. However all diet methods are not suitable all people.If a person want to thin, he/she must eat in quick succession. Because people metabolism work same speed. And If person eat a bit metabolism burn same power. So person can thin faster.
